Ingredients: 1egg (yolksandwhitesseparated) 1 cupglutinous rice flour 1 cupgrated coconut 3/4cupgranulated sugar 100 ml milk 100 ml coconut milk 180 ml vegetableoil 1 tspsalt 1 tbspvanilla sugar or essenceto taste
Baking Steps: 1. Mixsugar,gratedcoconut, milk, and coconut milk. To mix itmore perfectly, warm inmicrowave around1-1.5 minute. 2.Add to the mixture theglutinous rice flour, oil, vanilla sugar,salt, eggwhite. Stir evenly for about 5 minute with electric mixer. 3. Pour doughintobaking dishwhich has been coveredwith baking paper 4. Bake in thepreheated oven oftemperature 175 deg C untilhalf cooked (around 30 min), then glazethe surface withegg yolk, bake again for another 30 min until thoroughly baked orthe surface ofthe doughbecomesgolden yellow.
Tips:
When glazed with egg yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds for more attractive look and savory taste.
