Yellowhammer

 

Is this a sight of a Yellowhammer?

A friend commented: 

It is likely that you have seen yellowhammer. It could also been a European greenfinch. The beak is a bit stronger on the greenfinch than on the yellowhammer, and this beak seems quite strong. On the other hand, the yellow color seems more like the yellowhammer, so I think you are right. May be you checked the melody as well? It is quite characteristic for the yellowhammer, a counting from 1 to 7 (more or less).

Kjøttmeis remain the commoners around - they are sighted and heard almost everywhere.

Gråtrost

 

A gråtrost (turdus pilaris) simply chatters.
